Caulfield Primary School

Caulfield Primary School is the school of choice for a growing number of families. Recent annual enrolment growth of around 20% reflects an acknowledgement of the wonderful educational community we offer both children and their families. At the same time. we remain small enough to maintain the fabulous sense of community for which we have become well known.

The introduction of our new 4 year School Strategic Plan this year heralds an exciting phase in the long history of Caulfield Primary School. Priorities include Bilingualism, Numeracy, Writing, Information and Communication Technology and Mental Health and Wellbeing, and will ensure that our children receive the best possible education. One which prepares them intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically for an ever-changing future.

The development of, and emphasis on, our new School Values provides the foundation for all that we do at Caulfield: Excellence, Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, Kindness and Diversity. This year, as part of our highly successful Start Up program, each class wrote its own Passion Statement, providing the basis for their year ahead. Our staff also prepared their own Passion Statement. Each child created a personal goal reflecting our School Values and these form the colourful ‘ribbon display’ on the Olive Street fence.
