Australian tours by Keith Urban and Kiss/Mötley Crüe topped Billboard’s latest box office grosses as more venues filed their grosses. Urban’s seven date run was top spot, with US$5.6 million made from just two venues out of the seven he played.
25,530 attended three Brisbane Entertainment Centre shows and 24,294 over two nights at Sydney’s Allphones Arena. The Kiss/Crüe run ranked #2, with $5.6 million in revenue from three markets during a two-week trek. #3 was Barry Gibb with two nights in Brisbane on Feb. 16 and 19, and Guns N' Roses at No. 4 with shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Perth and Newcastle. Neil Young & Crazy Horse (#5), Russell Peters (#7) and Blink-182 (#9) also made the Top 10 with ticket sales counts from Aussie venues.
