Husky, the first Australian band to sign to seminal and ultra coolsie Seattle label, Sub Pop, have just added a slew of extra dates to their nationwide tour.
Doing a massive for their fellow countrymen, Husky have locked in a hefty number of shows at venues all over Australia, including Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Coffs Harbour, Hobart, Darwin, Fremantle and Perth, plus the sold out Gentlemen of the Road Stopover show with Mumford & Sons.
Husky have recently been in the states touring their album, Forever So, sipping less than average filtered coffee at roadhouses and receiving some pretty solid write-ups from Rolling Stone and Pitchfork, but will be back in Australia to promote the new single "Tidal Wave", and presumably drink a decent flat white and hang out with their respective fams over Christmas.
Tickets to the shows are onsale now.
