Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron Easter Art Show

The Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron Easter Art Show is on again in the club buildings and grounds. Always a highlight on the Peninsula calendar over the Easter period, the show raises funds for the BYS rescue boat fleet.

The Art Show continues to expand and move from strength to strength since its inception in 2009. It showcases a broad range of artistic works from a variety of media from artists living and working on the Mornington & Bellarine Peninsulas and beyond who are invited to exhibit their work for sale. Feature artists this year are photographer Ronald Tan and artist Claire McCall, who will be joined by returning and new artists including indoor and outdoor sculptors.

Outdoor sculpture takes pride & place on the deck and lawn which adds to the ambience of the club. A silent auction will run throughout the art show with products, lifestyle experiences and vouchers mainly from Peninsula retailers on offer.

The Art Show Opening Night function is on Friday 10th April 7pm to 9:30pm.

The Art Show is open from 10am-5pm on Saturday, April 11th, and Sunday April 12th, and from 10am -2pm on Monday, 13th April. Entry tickets available at the door each day and visitors are welcome to stay on at the club and enjoy the bistro & bar offerings whilst enjoying the spectacular views from the deck of the bay, or just relax on the lawn or beach.
